The Beginning of a Lifelong Hobby
My journey began with a fascination for radio communication that grew into a passion for DX-ing. Armed with a microphone in hand and headphones on my ears, I spent countless hours calling out “CQ CQ DX,” initially using FM modulation and later embracing SSB modulation. This hobby has connected me with enthusiasts worldwide, allowing me to exchange QSL cards and hear voices from distant continents.
An Ever-Evolving Passion
Thanks to my trusted President LINCOLN, DX-ing has become not just a hobby, but a lifestyle. The thrill of waiting for propagation and the joy of improving equipment have kept my curiosity alive. Designing new antennas, experimenting with microphones, and enhancing audio systems have consumed my free time, yet it’s a passion I happily share with many fellow enthusiasts. Despite being an incurable “disease,” DX-ing continues to bring excitement and camaraderie to my life.
